Canon 814XL コマ速ダイアルの修理。 "fps" dial repair.

　水中ブリンプの中に入っていた814XL、コマ速のダイアルが不良でした。どこに回してもコマ撮りになってしまいます。レンズもファインダーも奇麗で、ブリンプ用にフォーカスギアも付いている個体です。これは是非直さなくてはいけません。
　814XL that existed in an underwater housing was out of order. It is possible only to single frame. The lens and the finder are beautiful, and the focus gear has adhered. I must repair by all means necessary.

　814Eと違ってズームリングはずらさなくてもOKです。
　シャッターのダイアルはここからはずします。中に見える3本のネジをはずします。サイドはこれと絞りダイアルをはずすだけでいいです。

　The zoom ring is not moved.
　The shutter dial is removed here. 3 screws seen on the inside are removed. Additionally, the iris dial is removed.

　後期のCanonのカメラにあるこのダイアル、端子のプラスチックのカシメが経年劣化で砕けていることが多いのです。
　後期Nizoも同じような部品を使っています。そっちは基盤の両面にあるのでもっとやっかいです。

　This part of the Canon camera has the problem. It is breakable.
　Parts that Nizo is similar are used. It is more taxing because Nizo is in both sides.

　ほんとにもう、これは華奢な作りでダメです。

　端子ははずれないようにエポキシでしっかり固めます。
　で、これをダイアルに直に取り付けてしまうことにしました。

　The terminal is firmly bonded.
　And, this decided to be put directly on the dial.

　これでOKなはず。

　Perhaps, all are good.
