ELMO 230~260S-XL, F20S-XL, AV20 分解方法。 How to disassembly.

　ELMOのサウンドカメラ、230, 240, 260S-XLのシリーズの分解方法です。F20S-XLとAV20もほぼ同じです。

　上部カバーをはずしておきます。

　An upper cover is removed.

　このネジをはずします。

　This one.

　前面は1本だけはずします。

　Front.
　Only one.

　Bottom.

　コネクタのリングをはずします。

　The ring of the connector on the side is removed.

　フィルム室内はこの2本です。

　The film room is this 2.

　そっとカバーをはずします。

　The cover is quietly removed.

　ランロックのボタンがバネで飛び出してくるかもしれません。
　組み立てるときは、ランロック状態にすると楽に作業出来ます。

　The button of the run-lock might dash out with the spring.
　It is possible to work easily by putting it into the run-lock position when assembling it.

　可変抵抗でコマ速を調整出来ます。
　24fpsくらいは大丈夫です。

　*注意
　フライホイールのスピードは変わりません。
　よって、これはサイレントカートリッジの使用に限られます。

　Fps can be adjusted by variable resistance.
　It is safe like 24fps.

　*Attention
　The speed of the flywheel doesn't change.
　Therefore, this is limited to the use of the silent cartridge.

　ミラーに注意。パララックスの調整はここでします。

　Takes care about the mirror.
　The parallax can be adjusted.

　黄色の矢印の部分でファインダーのピント面の調整が出来ます。スプリットイメージでピントを合わせても画がぼけるときはここであわせます。
　青矢印のバネのかかり方を覚えておきます。

　Yellow, the focus of the finder can be adjusted. When the picture becomes out of focus even if it focuses the camera in the split image, it adjusts it here.
　Blue, Please remember the spring shape.

　4 screws.

　Film door is removed.
　And 2 screws.

　Upper door is removed.

　デイライトの位置にします。

　Slide to the "Daylight" position.

　そっとカバーをはずします。

　The cover is quietly removed.

　劣化したモルトプレーンが出てきます...

　Deteriorated sponge will come out...

　露出計の調整はこの可変抵抗で可能です。

　グリップをはずすためにはまずここのギアをはずし、ネジをはずします。

　A gear is first removed to remove the grip, and the screw is removed.

　トリガーがはずれます。

　Trigger is removed.

　赤と黒のハンダをはずします。

　Solder(red, black) is removed.

　2 screws.

　2 screws.

　このロックピンとバネをなくさないように。

　ここまで分解すればたいていの故障部分にアクセス出来ると思います。
