ELMO AV20

　ELMO F20S-XLに18fpsと20fpsの切り替えが付いたものです。
　この色もなかなかいいですねぇ。

　The switch of 18fps and 20fps was added to ELMO F20S-XL.
　This color is also quite good.

　スーパーワイドも同じです。

　A super-wide lens is same.

　色が違うだけで形は全く同じですね。

　Shape is same.
　Body color is different.

　外見の違いは色と切り替えスイッチくらいです。
　中身は18fpsと20fps切り替えのための回路が追加されています。

　20fpsは何のためかというと、簡易テレシネ用です。
　映写機で投影したものをNTSCのビデオカメラで撮影する場合、8mm映写機のシャッターは3枚羽根なので、20fpsくらいでフリッカーがなくなる訳です。
　簡易テレシネ用の600AVという映写機もあったようです。

　20fps is for telecine.(For NTSC video cameras.)
　8mm projectors have 3-blade shutter.
　There is 20fps for a non-flicker telecine.
　There seems to have been a projector named 600AV for the telecine.

　ちなみに、取扱説明書はF20S-XLと同じものが付属しています。
　18、20fpsの切り替えスイッチを付けました、と書いてある紙が1枚、素っ気なく入っています。

　By the way, the manual is the same as F20S-XL.

　これがELMO最後の8mmカメラではないでしょうか。
