ELMO AV20 コマ速を変更。 Frame rate conversion.

　ELMO AV20はF20S-XLのマイナーチェンジです。ELMOの最終機で、なかなか見つからない機種です。F20S-XLとの違いは18fpsと20fpsの切り替えがあることです。20fpsはNTSCの簡易テレシネ用のコマ速ですね。24fpsでサウンドカートリッジも使えるようにしました。
　ELMO AV20 is a minor change of F20S-XL. It is the last Super 8 camera of ELMO. It is difficult to find it. There is 20fps the difference with F20S-XL. 20fps is a speed for a simple telecine of NTSC. I have adjusted that the sound cartridge can be used with 24fps.

　分解方法はF20S-XL等のシリーズと同じです。
　開けてみると、コマ速変更のための基盤が追加されているのがわかります。
　これのおかげでキャプスタンの調整が出来、コマ速を変えてもサウンドカートリッジが使えるようになります。

　The resolution method is the same as F20S-XL etc.
　It is understood that the base for the fps change is added when opening it.
　The speed of the capstan can be changed thanks to this.

　青矢印がフィルム掻き落としのスピード、赤矢印がキャプスタンのスピードです。
　実際にやってみると、掻き落としとキャプスタンのスピードを調整するのはたいへんな作業でした。

　A blue arrow is a speed of the film pull-down. A red arrow is a speed of the capstan roller.
　It was serious work that adjusted both speeds when actually trying.

　どうにか24fpsに調整することが出来ました。もう片方は25.2~25.3fpsくらいになりました。
　露出計は24fpsに合わせます。
　期限切れのサウンドカートリッジで録音機能もチェックしました。
　シールを貼って完成です。

　しかし!...現在はサウンドカートリッジは販売されていないのですよね...

　I had a hard time and it made it to 24fps. The other became 25.2~25.3fps.
