Nikon 8X SUPER ZOOM 巻き取りトルクの調整。 Adjustment of take-up torque.

　今度は巻き取り不良の調整です。トルク不足でうまく巻き取れないようです。
　Adjustment of take-up torque. Power to take-up is weak.

　こちら側を開けます。フィルム室側からは何も出来ません。
　基盤が邪魔なのでネジを外します。

　Open this side.
　The screw that stops a board is removed.

　赤矢印のネジを外します。
　青矢印のネジは緩めるだけでOKです。

　Take off the screw of the red arrow.
　Loosen the screw of the blue arrow.

　はずれました。

　It came off.

　さらに分解します。

　Take it to pieces.

　ゴムリングと樹脂製のワッシャーをはさんでいるだけの構造です。
　どうもゴムリングがつぶれてしまって、スリップしすぎるようです。

　There are a rubber ring and a disk made of the resin.
　The rubber ring becomes thin and it slips.

　代わりのちょうどいいゴムリングがあればいいのですが、無かったので樹脂製の薄い板を挟むことにしました。
　トルクが弱すぎても強すぎてもいけないので、いい感じにするのですが、これがなかなか微妙で、かなり薄いものを使うことになりました。
