Nikon R8, R10 リモートスイッチのコネクタ。 Diagram of remote connector.

　Nikon R8とR10のリモートスイッチのコネクタは6ピンもある変なものです。専用のリモートスイッチも入手困難です。どうなっているのか調べてみました。

　図はカメラを下から見た状態、レンズが上方向になります。勝手に1から6の番号を振りました。

　5と6は露出計のスイッチです。
　残りの1から4が駆動用なのですが、妙に複雑です。
　シャッター半押しで"B"の状態、全押しで"C"の状態になってカメラが回ります。いきなり"C"にしてもだめなようです。回ってる状態で指を半押しまで戻してもカメラは止まりません。全部離してやっと止まります。
　コマ撮りの時は"B"と”C”の繰り返しでもいいようです。

　The remote switch connector of Nikon R8 and R10 is strange of 6 pins. A remote switch is hard-to-find. How wiring was going was examined.

　This is figure where the camera was seen from the under. I numbered it from 1 to 6 without permission.
　5 and 6 are the exposure.
　1~ 4 are complex for the drive.
　The camera runs by "B--->C".
　The camera doesn't run in "A--->C".
　The camera stops in "C--->A".
　The camera doesn't stop in "C--->B".
　The repetition of "B" and "C" seems to be good at the single frame.
